TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing this website and/or placing an order with Doodle Embroidery, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below.

 

PLACING YOUR ODER

By placing an order with Doodle Embroidery, you agree that :

1.  All of the information that you have provided pertaining to personalisation of your order is correct

2.  The credit/debit card you have chosen to make payment with is your own

  

PAYMENT

Currently, the only payment method we can accept via the website is via PayPal checkout.  Please note that you do not have to open a PayPal account in order to pay by this method - click here for additional information.

 

 

DESPATCH TIMES

All of our products are personalised / made to order therefore despatch times can vary.  We aim to despatch all orders within 10 working days, however the majority of our products are actually sent out within 3-5 working days.

DELIVERY TIMESCALE

Once your order has been completed and posted out, you will receive an email confirmation.  When we have despatched an item, we will not be held responsible for Royal Mail / Hermes delivery times.  Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for delivery of personalised items.  We do endeavour to meet your requirements, however we cannot be held liable for any items arriving late due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

In line with distant selling regulations, customers have a 7 day cooling off period following delivery of their goods.  However, please do note that personalised items are excluded from this as they are classified as 'bespoke' items exclusively for you - the customer.  No returns are accepted on personalised items unless deemed faulty

Any items that have not been personalised can be returned for refund or exchange, providing the following criteria is met :

1.  You must let us know BEFORE you send back an item to obtain a returns number and address to send the item to

2.  This item must be returned by recorded delivery at your own expense

3.  The item must be in new condition, i.e. unopened, unused with all tags attached

Once the item has been received, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price.  Please note that the original delivery price will not be refunded and it is your responsibility to pay for the item to be returned to us
